Jesse McKenna

Jesse McKenna has over 21 years experience in construction and over 15 of those years in hospital construction, working his way up to a Superintendent for a hospital construction company then becoming Construction Coordinator for Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley.

Jesse oversaw all construction projects at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for over 3 years until budget cuts eliminated the construction department.

Forming Streamline Construction in 2002, Jesse’s focus is in the medical construction field. He currently has multiple CHW projects ongoing or completed at facilities such as Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, Mercy General Hospital, Mercy San Juan, Methodist Hospital of Sacramento, Mercy Hospital of Folsom and Woodland Memorial to just name a few.

Jesse has worked closely with the staff & engineers for many years as well as knowing hospital policies, protocols and statement of conditions.

Tim Drainville has 33 years experience in the construction industry. Originally union trained in the glazing industry, Tim became a General Contractor in 1989. He relocated to the Grass Valley area in 1995 where he took a position with a local construction company as a Superintendent in medical construction. In 2000, Tim became the Project Manager for that company.

Tim oversaw virtually all of this company’s projects, as well as working with design teams to develop new projects. He has managed many projects from simple x-ray rooms to advanced MRI & Linear Accelerator buildings out of the ground. He supervised the UCSF IMR project which is the first of it’s kind in the world.

Working continually in the medical construction industry has allowed Tim to develop a complete understanding of OSHPD requirements including IB & CO procedures, fire ratings, SB1953 upgrades and closeout procedures. He has a full understanding of the means, methods & need for infection control. Bringing projects in on schedule with as minimal an impact on the facility has always been his primary goal.
